NorthStar Father - Son Club
The NorthStar Father-Son Clubs are designed to be an interactive experience for Fathers and their Sons aimed at teaching boys to become men of character. Through the various activities the boys learn to overcome difficulties, follow through and complete objectives, respect others, and aspire to higher ideals. For the Fathers, the club provides and environment and the tools needed to help them educate their sons in this pursuit. The only expectation for families desiring to be a part of this group is that they attend Monthly meetings with their sons.
Club Outcomes
During their time with this group of Men, it is our desire that the boys walk away with a new understanding, and deeper meditation of the following:
To begin thinking about the type of men they desire to be when they leave home
To learn about fundamental virtues and how to live them in the world
To participate in fun and engaging activities where they have the opportunity to develop their character
To develop deep friendships with other boys and families who share similar values and aspirations
